By purchasing a ticket or entering the playground area, every visitor agrees to all the rules outlined in this document. Non-compliance with these rules may result in expulsion from the area without a refund.
All visitors entering Twist N’ Turns must have a valid ticket. All tickets purchased are only valid for the date and time specified on the ticket.
Twist N’ Turns operates Tuesday to Sunday from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Tuesday to Friday) and from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Saturday to Sunday). Twist N’ Turns is closed on Mondays. Operating hours may change based on weather conditions, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children while at the playground. The management is not liable for accidents that occur due to a lack of supervision by the parents or guardians.
In general, there are no age restrictions for entering Twist N’ Turns; however, please observe the age, weight, and height regulations for each of the available attractions.
Parents or guardians guarantee that the children playing are in good health. The management is not responsible for accidents or incidents resulting from undisclosed health issues.
Children are required to use the play equipment according to the instructions provided on the equipment or by the staff. Misuse of equipment may result in accidents, and the user assumes full responsibility.
For the health and safety of all users, ensure children wash their hands before playing, after eating, and after using the restroom. It is also recommended to follow general hygiene practices (e.g., using tissues or hand sanitizers) while at the playground.
Dangerous items, including sharp objects, glass, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, food, and drinks, are prohibited in the play area.
Visitors are required to wear appropriate and safe clothing and footwear while at the playground. The management is not responsible for injuries caused by inappropriate clothing or footwear.
Fighting, pushing, or other rough behavior is prohibited throughout the play area. Playground staff have the right to stop play and ask visitors to leave the area if unsafe or disruptive behavior is observed.
Pets and animals are not allowed in the playground area.
The playground management is committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all visitors. However, parents or guardians agree that the management is not responsible for:
Visitors understand that playing at the playground may involve a risk of injury. By entering the play area, visitors release the management from any legal claims for injuries not caused by the direct negligence of the management.
In the event of a medical emergency, the management will take necessary steps, including calling an ambulance or other emergency services. The costs of any medical services incurred will be the responsibility of the parents or guardians.
Visitors are expected to have adequate health or accident insurance.
Any incidents that occur while at the playground should be immediately reported to the staff or manager on duty. A written report may be requested for more serious incidents.
The management will investigate every accident that occurs. The results of the investigation will be used to determine whether the incident was caused by the management’s negligence or user error.
Injury claims must be submitted to the management within 24 hours of the incident for further processing. Claims made after this period may be rejected.
Visitors who damage equipment or playground facilities will be charged for replacement costs. Parents or guardians are responsible for any damage caused by their children.
Tickets that have already been purchased are non-refundable, unless the playground is closed by management due to safety concerns or emergencies.
Visitors must adhere to the playtime limits set by the management. Additional playtime may incur extra charges. No refunds will be given if visitors choose to leave earlier than planned.
The management is not responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, fires, or extreme weather conditions.
By entering the playground area, visitors grant permission to the management to take and use photos or videos taken within the playground for promotional purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff.
Visitors are prohibited from taking photos or videos without staff permission, especially if they involve children other than their own.
The playground may be monitored by security cameras for safety and security purposes. Footage will be securely stored and used for monitoring the playground.
Parents or guardians are required to always supervise their children while playing at the playground, unless the child is accompanied by a Play Buddy staff member.
Children left unattended will be escorted out by the staff, and parents will be contacted. The management is not responsible for incidents that occur due to a lack of supervision.
The playground management reserves the right to change, add, or remove any provisions in these Terms and Regulations at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted at the playground area or on the official website.
These terms are effective as of the date issued and will remain in effect until updated.
