Play Buddy Terms And Conditions

1. General Agreement

• By utilizing the "Play Buddy" service, parents/guardians agree to adhere to all terms in this agreement.
• Play Buddy is a playground staff member who acts as a playmate and guide for children while in the playground. This service is not a full childcare service and requires supervision from a responsible parent/guardian.

2. Role and Responsibility of Play Buddy

• The "Play Buddy" will serve as a guide, companion, and playmate for the child, helping the child follow game instructions and engage in educational activities.
• The Play Buddy is not responsible for full supervision of the child outside the playground area or in situations involving care beyond the scope of play.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for informing Play Buddy staff about any special needs, health conditions, or preferences of the child before the session begins.

3. Liability and Safety

• Child's Condition: Parents/guardians must ensure that the child is in good health and able to participate in activities.
• Child's Safety: Parents/guardians understand that while Play Buddy will monitor and interact with the child during play, the overall responsibility for the child's safety remains with the parents/guardians.
• Medical Conditions and Health: Parents/guardians are responsible for informing the Play Buddy about any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the child's play activities. Play Buddy is not responsible for health incidents that were not disclosed in advance.
• Injury or Accidents: Play Buddy will endeavor to maintain the safety of children during play. However, in the event of accidents or injuries caused by unusual play activities or risky behavior from the child, the company is not liable.
• Timeliness: Parents/guardians agree to drop off and pick up the child on time according to the booked Play Buddy service schedule.

4. Staff Protection

• Protection of Staff: Parents/guardians agree that Play Buddy staff must be treated with respect and courtesy while performing their duties. Abusive behavior, whether verbal or physical, from children or parents, is unacceptable.
• Follow-Up on Child Behavior: If a child repeatedly exhibits aggressive or unruly behavior, Play Buddy staff reserve the right to terminate the play session, and no refund will be provided.

5. Service Availability and Cancellations

• Service Availability: Play Buddy services are available by schedule and must be booked in advance. The company cannot guarantee service availability without a reservation.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations by the client must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a refund. For cancellations made outside the specified timeframe, full charges will apply.
• Company Cancellation: The company reserves the right to cancel a Play Buddy session due to circumstances beyond control. In such cases, visitors will be notified and provided with a refund or other compensation.

6. Payment and Fees

• Play Buddy service fees are determined based on session duration and must be paid in full before the service begins.
• Payments made are non-refundable, except in cases of approved cancellations or service-related issues caused by the company.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Personal information, preferences, or medical conditions of the child provided to Play Buddy will be kept confidential in accordance with the company's privacy policy.
• By entering the playground area, visitors grant permission for the management to capture and use photos or videos taken in the playground for promotional purposes without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the staff.

8. Indemnification

Parents/guardians agree to release and indemnify the company and Play Buddy staff from any claims, losses, or damages arising from violations of these rules or due to the child's behavior during the service.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or via email if necessary.
